Returns & Exchanges

At Aro Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
